unable to Moving account via ftp backups

Hello,
I am try to moving accounts over the ftp from user cpanel backup here is my steps:
1. login as root/reseller and go to user domain and then -->generate/download Full Backup
2. Select the FTP (Passive mode) and enter detail like server ip, username, password, port(21), directory : /
But after backup completed . In the remote server home directory I see that file is transfered but having the 0 bytes. So no backup is made.

Hello

If you have root access to both servers, the easier method to transfer the account is to use:

"WHM >> Transfers >> Copy multiple accounts/packages from another server"

This will allow you to transfer accounts to the destination server without manually backing up the account and copying the archive to the other server.

Otherwise, you can try using:

"WHM >> Transfers >> Copy an account from another server with account password"

I have the root access to one server and move the account from root access server to non-root access server.
Its problem of server...when I disable the iptables and csf service then the transfer is ok...The connection is active ftp mode..

You mentioned the transfer works well when you disable your firewall. Thus, please temporarily disable your firewall during the transfer process. Or, modify your firewall rules to allow the transfer to proceed. You may want to check with the support for your firewall to determine if any specific settings can be changed.
