    Hi support team,

    Is there a solution for this error:

    "Unable to prune transport “Amazon_S3”
    Unable to remove outdated backup: The server has stopped responding at /usr/local/cpanel/3rdparty/perl/522/lib64/perl5/cpanel_lib/Amazon/S3/Bucket.pm line 333."

    ====

    329 sub list_all {

    330 my $self = shift;

    331 my $conf = shift || {};

    332 $conf->{bucket} = $self->bucket;

    333 return $self->account->list_bucket_all($conf);

    334 }

    ====

    Thanks
    Karl

    Hello,

    Could you verify there are no network issues between your cPanel server and the Amazon server? If not, try increasing the timeout value under the remote destination in "WHM >> Backup Configuration" to a higher value and let us know if the issue continues. You can find documentation on the backup configuration option at:

    Backup Configuration - Documentation - cPanel Documentation

    Thank you.
