Since 15th March I've started to receive mails with nothing but the following...
The following errors occurred while transporting your backup files:
Unable to prune transport “<ftp-server>”
Backups have been running ok and appear to still be running ok. The only thing not happening was the backup managing files stored on the remote server, but I understood cPanel was not capable of managing the remote files according to the retention settings - it would only housekeep the local copies.
Seems to me there's an attempt in a recent update to manage the remote files too, but it's not working. Can you point me to where I'd find something that gives a clue as to a) what it's doing and b) why it can't do it?
