Unable to receive email from web initiated by contact us or when user registers

    I am getting below in the event log:

    Event: Failure
    Result: No Such User Here

    Email, domain and website is hosted on godaddy server. I have configure to send email when user registers or user clicks on contact us or when user places an order. I am not getting any email for this configured email. If I change the email to yahoo or gmail - email is send fine.
    I called godaddy and they said to configure this email in remote email via CPANEL.

    I could not find any option as remote email in Cpanel. Any help is appreciated. Attached is the screen shot.

    Hello :)

    Please ensure you create the email account via cPanel. If you have created the email account in cPanel, make sure the domain name uses the name servers provided by your web hosting company. Or, if you use remote name servers, make sure the MX records point to the cPanel server.

    Thanks for the quick reply. It seems like email went through successfully according to email trace via cpanel after adding email account like you suggested.

    However, I do not see the email in my inbox. Any idea how i can debug?

    My issue resolved. I had to set the email routing under MX record to remote instead of local as my email was being hosted elsewhere.
