Dear all,

I'm trying to remove a subdomain I don't longer need. However, it gives me the following error: Error: (XID u68q2x) The domain “.dorgroot.com” does not belong to “dorgroot”.

Any ideas?

Hey there! When you get that error message, are you performing the removal from the cPanel >> Domains interface? If so, the domain is likely in a partially-removed state, so the userdata may need to be manually fixed.

If you have root access to the server, it's best to open a ticket with our team so we can check things and manually resolve that for you, as advising people how to manually edit userdata over the Forums without seeing everything happening on the system can result in more corruption on the machine.

Yes, I am trying via cPanel >> Domains.

I do have root access, I will open a ticket. Didn't want to bother unnecessary via ticket system, so thought to try here first.

Thanks for your quick reply!
