    Hi,

    My Cpanel log (/usr/local/cpanel/logs/error_log) shows this line again and again.

    [2010-01-20 13:17:38 -0500] warn [cpanel] Unable to retrieve disk usage information. at /usr/local/cpanel/Cpanel/Filesys.pm line 63
    Cpanel::Filesys::disk_space_check('/', 1) called at cpanel line 311

    Everything seems fine though. Is this a real issue? What can I do to fix it?

    Hello,

    Most solutions for a lot of problems is to force update the cpanel by using this command:
    /scripts/upcp --force

    This is your resolution.

    Hi brothers. I also have a same issue. You see it in /usr/local/cpanel/logs/error_log.
    When you got this error, you can not delete your data such as file, directory via Cpanel graphic.

    Maybe our Cpanel 11 was break into and change Cpanel`s permissions, so we got this issue.

    First, you have to change own (file, directory) back to cpanel. This will resolve this error.

    Then you should run this to update /scripts/upcp --force . Or do this via Cpanel, Main >> cPanel >> Upgrade to Latest Version .

    If it works well, please tell me know.
    Enjoy it.
