Unable to save OpenWebmail Preferences

[Curious Too]

A number of users have reported &404& errors when trying to save openwebmail preferences. Below is a sample URL:


http://domain.com:2095/username+domain.com/openwebmail/openwebmail-prefs.pl

Also, a number of users are not able to receive new emails using openwebmail. If they open Neomail they see the new email. If they open OpenWebmail there is never any new email. They always try OpenWebmail first.

Note: I tried cleanopenwebmail and that didn't help.

After running cleanopenwebmail the following permissions were set on the inbox:

---------- 1 heith heith 12288 Apr 1 04:52 .heith-INBOX.old

Openwebmail returns the error &can't open inbox.&

After changing the permission on .heith-INBOX to 660 the error message is still there. What should the permissions be on the INBOX?
