I have a friend who has 2 subdomains he added on. In WHM it only shows 18 MB but he told me he has used 556 MB. Why cant I see this space used, or is there a way.

Try running /scripts/fixquotas. That will usually update the usage.

That doesnt fix the problem. We have this problem on a number of servers and that fixquota script doesn about nothing.

thats correct. I ran fixquotas and nothing.

This morning it now shows 143 Meg, which is higher than yesterday but its not close to being correct.

sexy_guy - you say you have this promblem. Does it still stop the person from going over the space allowed? So if they are only allowed 500 MB it will track all sub-domains and cut them off at 500mb.

    Thanks
