Unable to send and receive mails

Hi there,

Please could someone assist we are struggling to receive and send mails to and from our email accounts. We have been requesting assistance since early this morning. We are not sure if this is even reaching the service provider. Like most of us on mail this is our life line to the world and need assistance ASAP.

The errors is as followed when sending to another mail address
