    Hi,

We have a cPanel account with 3 email accounts. Two of the email accounts are able to send/receive emails, however one account is only able to receive the emails but is unable to send emails out. The email account is able to send to other email accounts on the same cPanel account, however when trying to send it to say, Gmail, it doesn't send nor does it show up in the exim logs. I've tried deleting the email account and recreating it, restarting exim, but it still doesn't work. What am I missing ?

    Thanks!

Does any error message appear while trying to send the email? Are you sending from webmail or mail client?

    Hello :)

What method is used to send out the email? Are you sure no entries appear in /var/log/exim_mainlog after sending out the message?

    Thank you.
