Hello @samisel,

The error message suggest the email account you are sending to does not exist. Have you confirmed it exists as an email account using the Email Accounts option in cPanel? If so, use a website such as IntoDNS to verify the domain name uses the correct name servers and points to the new cPanel & WHM server. Or, consider reaching out to your web hosting provider so they can take a closer look at the system to see what's happening.

Thank you.

Hi!

Also, make sure that you haven't added the xxx.com domain to the same server as you're sending from. If you added it as an addon domain without creating any email accounts for the domain, cPanel will try to deliver any email locally that you send from the same server - even if the MX record for the domain is hosted externally.

If the xxx.com domain is added, try setting Mail Routing to external.

Hello @samisel,

I recommend reaching out to your web hosting provider so they can take a closer look at the system to see what's happening if the suggestions in the two previous posts are unhelpful.

Thank you.

Hello @samisel,

Those warnings should not affect the ability for your domain name to resolve to the correct server.

Thank you.
