Unable to understand response from admin bin: ftp sent

    Hi all,

    I have this error message when I click in [an error occurred while processing this directive]

    In this forum I wasn't be able to find any response about this issue but I can fix issue.

    The problem it seems with FTP user or password. I restart the account password in Password Modification (WHM) and issue was fixed.
