Unable to update cpanel/whm ssl cert

I am trying to update my cpanel/whm ssl certificate through the ssl service manager in WHM. However, it does not update the certificate even though it says it did. WHM shows the correct cert when I fetch, but it is not serving this cert to any web browser. I still see the old about to expire cert. I have tested this from 4 different computers as well.

bump. Really need to get this resolved today as the cert cpanel is serving will expire.

Restart the cPanel service and see if that takes care of it. it should.

service cpanel restart

I had the same thing happen the other day and contacted support for the answer. Figure I'd save you that step heh.
