We still provide trial licenses, the workflow on this changed today, in that they're not issued automatically any longer. Upon logging into WHM you should be redirected to the store where you can obtain a trial license.

Thank you for authenticating your cPanel store account. We are activating your new 15-day free trial license which will let you use cPanel & WHM with no limitations.

Error: The system could not activate the trial license.

The used IP is clean. What's the problem ?

@Vs Nu - nope. It has to be done through the WHM interface at this time.

@deddy - for those types of issues it's best to contact our Customer Service team. they can check the license history and see if there are any other reasons the license couldn't be issued. More details on how to get to them directly can be found here: How do I contact cPanel Customer Service?

This here "Error: The system could not activate the trial license" is a WHM message.

cPanel Customer Service:

Licensed IP Address
How do I find my Licensed IP Address?

Invalid or Unlicensed IP Address

Submit is not possible because the IP is not licensed.

It sounds like that's a situation we'll need to examine to get resolved. You can always email [email protected] as that doesn't require the license to be active. Just let us know the IP in the email. If you could send me a PM with the email address you sent that from I can see if I can get that expedited for you.
