Currently running PHP 5.2.4, wanted to upgrade to PHP 5.2.5... went to apache update, selected my options.. and built.

But the build doesn't get past this:

Distilled successfully
!! Verbose logfile is at '/usr/local/cpanel/logs/easy/apache/build.1195759481' !!
!!
Ouput from '/bin/sh -c "ulimit -a"':

!! Creating backup of working apache in '/usr/local/apache.backup'. !!
!! Backup of working apache complete. !!
Checking that all tarballs are present and up to date.
!! Downloading '/var/cpanel/perl/easy/Cpanel/Easy/PHP5/2_5.pm.tar.gz' !!
It just keeps downloading... have had it sit there for hours... has anyone else had this problem? I just close the browser window and kill the processes, but it would be nice if I could get it to upgrade.

Thanks!

I am trying to do the same and it is hanging. I also tried to upgrade to 5.2.4 and it also seems to hang. Any ideas?

Try updating your current cpanel first then run easy apache again.

/scripts/upcp --force

or through whm and tick the 'force' box
