I have my website set up standards-next.org and am mocking up a new home page. I want to view this online but not have it set as the home page. So I've done the following:

    1. Set up a folder */next/ in the */default/ folder.
    2. Added my new home page as index.php to */next/.
    3. Copied all folders in */default? over to */next

I was expecting this to then let me view my new page as standards-next.org/next/ but it doesn't.

    What have I missed?

    Cheers, Henny

This is a wordpress site correct? It has a database. If you copy the sites files to another directory it's still using the same database and config file with the main site in the config.

    Just a guess.
