Unable to with WHM user

I have root account & when i try to reset reseller user password but its now working his whm with reset password.

Can please provide us the solution.

Do you see any entries associated with that username?

Yes got his user in log file.

That message indicates the user is not a reseller. Are you sure you have granted that user reseller privileges?
