HI, sorry if this isn't the proper place to put this.. but I have a bit of a concern

My web hosting has not been up to par to say the least.. and as of yesturday I got
and Unactivated Licence file error when I loged into my Cpanel..

I've tried to contact my webhost and to no avail gotten any replies. some one said that it may be due to the fact that they haven't paid their Cpanel bill. is this true. or could there be something more to it..

    Go on, have a guess
It means that the main IP address for their server does not have a valid license. This can be for several reasons including: non-payment; they've blocked the licensing port and the license has expired; their datacentre that provides them with servers has forgotten to renew the license with cPanel. Possibly more. Sadly, only your host can provide the answer and if they do not, it may be time to look elsewhere.
