    Hi all, I have a vps, when I send the emails from any user (domain.tld) the email is sent correctly, but when receiving it in gmail for example the error "gmail has failed to verify that domain.tld was the true sender of this message "; And a similar message in hotmail.

    Activate in the domain cpanel the spf and dkim.

    So I added the following line TXT:

    "V = spf1 + a + mx + ip4: 1.2.3.4 ~ all"

    Send an email to check-auth@verifier.port25.com and the result is as follows.

    This message is an automatic response from Port25's authentication verifier
    service at verifier.port25.com. The service allows email senders to perform
    a simple check of various sender authentication mechanisms. It is provided
    free of charge, in the hope that it is useful to the email community. While
    it is not officially supported, we welcome any feedback you may have at
    <verifier-feedback@port25.com>.

    Thank you for using the verifier,

    The Port25 Solutions, Inc. team

    Hello,

    Could you verify the DNS for this domain name is handled by the cPanel server and not a remote name server or registrar?

    Thank you.

    Hello,
    I have 3 ip's
    .... 174 -> primary (uses the server)
    .... 27 -> I do not use it
    ..... 70 -> I do not use it

    ns1.mydomain.com -> ... 174
    ns2.mydomain.com -> ... 174
    Configure the host on my godaddy provider

    And add them to my vps in Nameservers
    ns1.mydomain.com -> ... 174
    ns2.mydomain.com -> ... 174

    My hostname is servidor.mydomain.com, but is not registered with my domain provider, should I reschedule it? What ip should I point to?

    My dns zone is

    I think I'm misusing the ip's
    I have 3 and I only use 1

    Could you open a support ticket using the link in my signature so we can take a closer look? You can post the ticket number here so we can update this thread with the outcome.

    Thank you.

    Hello,
    I was checking the mails and I see that they do not arrive with the ip of my server, but they arrive with ip's from my godaddy provider.

    I'm sure that's why spf fails.

    I was reviewing the exim configuration with the advanced editor and I think the problem is here:

    Section: ROUTERSTART

    send_to_smart_host:
    driver = manualroute
    route_list = !+local_domains dedrelay.secureserver.net
    transport = remote_smtp

    Any idea how to solve it?

    Thanks, this solved the checking problem.

    /etc/exim.conf.local

    before

    Code:
    send_to_smart_host:
    driver = manualroute
    route_list = !+local_domains dedrelay.secureserver.net
    transport = remote_smtp
    after
    Code:
    send_to_smart_host:
    driver = manualroute
    route_list = !+local_domains dedrelay.secureserver.net
    transport = dkim_remote_smtp

    But I still have a spf problem.

    SOFTFAIL with IP xxx.xxx.xxx.60 (Ip of GoDaddy)

    The mail is not sent with my ip address from the server
