Uncompressed VS Incremental

Uncompressed VS Incremental which process by nature would produce less load on the server?

Hello

I'm not sure there would be much of a difference in server load. Over time, incremental backups should produce less load because only new file additions/changes are backed up. Uncompressed backups will backup the full accounts each time.
