Hello sirs, I would like to know how the remote bakcup via ftp from whm / cpanel itself works.

Let me know if this is how it works!
when it starts the backup it keeps the file on the server. or does it simultaneously back up the backup and erase what has already been completed?

Give me more information about it!

Sorry for the language. I'm translating into English language!

    regards
    Fabio

    Hello Fabio,

The backup archives are queued for transport to the remote destination once they are packaged into .tar.gz files, and removed from the cPanel server once each transfer is complete. However, you may notice that more than one archive exists on the cPanel server at the same time during the backup process because only one archive is transferred at a time.

    Thank you.
