I have APC installed on the server. It's working fine but it's uptime is never more than an hour or so and there is still plenty of memory available. I'm certain it's because a service (Apache?) is restarting.

So to begin, how can I find out if that's in fact the case (a service is restarting) and that is the reason for the APC low uptime. I can't find the correct log to check out the history. After that I'll figure out how to fix the problem but I don't know what the problem is to begin with.

    Thanks.

I'm not sure if this is helpful or not but could you check here to see if this setting is enabled or not:
WHM > Service Configuration > Apache Configuration, Piped Log Configuration

I recall this coming up in several other threads concerning Apache restarts, and enabling this helped that issue.

Thanks. I've made the change and will see if that fixes the problem.
