    Hi There,

How do you uninstall Spamassassin the cleanest way so that Cpanel will not update it?

I am not using it anyway so I need to uninstall it. Hope someone can render their time to answer my question.

    Thanks,
    Jones

    Go on, have a guess
You need to disable it first in both of:

WHM > Service Manager > spamd
WHM > Tweak Settings > SpamAssassin

Then disable it in the Feature Manager > Edit disabled and untick it.

Then you need to remove it from any accounts that have it enabled in your /home partition(s):

find /home/ -name .spamassassinenable -maxdepth 2 | xargs rm -fv

When you've done all that, it will no longer be used.
