So am I using the Addon Domain feature or the Subdomain feature before I edit the httpd.conf file. How does this affect termination of accoutns and the autoremovals.

Boy i love the search feature! Sorry for bringing this topic back from the dead but one of my clients is having the same problem. He is able to set it to any other value (example: 500 or 1000) except unlimited. Anytime this value is set to unlimited it just shows 0 in cpanel. We are currently using cpanel 7.2.0-RELEASE 22 and xskin2.

Thanks for your help in advance

I have the same issue on all fields on packages i have created.

I can set them to any value however setting them to unlimited brings them up as 0 in CPanel and will not allow anything to be added.

same problem here. if addon and parked domains are set to: unlimited for the package in WebHost Manager, it shows up as 0 in Cpanel and will not allow any to be created.

Other numbers such as 99999 works, just does not work using the word unlimited

Your host (or root), who ever setup your account, must have the following enabled for the reseller accounts:

Allow Creation of Packages with Unlimited Diskspace (new)
Allow Creation of Packages with Unlimited Features (ie. unlimited pop accounts) (new)

This should allow for the unlimited creation to take place, and will set everything to unlimited in cpanel.

as you may view here:

http://demo:[email protected]:2082/

Everything is set to unlimited

As far as the second problem goes, if you are able to create accounts, then just create the new ones through the whm interface, that should take care of the problem as a work arround. It is always dangerous to let your customers have too much control, as they often mess things up, and there is little or no record of what they did to correct the problem. It is true that addon domains are basically parked domains. There is a way arround the other ISP thing, but you need to have root access to get to it.

Hate to bring this up again, but I have been bitten by this bug.

Please see http://demo:[email protected]/cpanel

I set it to unlimited in package editor. Then I go to Modify Account and addon domains and subdomains are both set at 0.

I am doing this while logged in as root from WHM.

Please fix this! 99999 just looks ugly :)

I am assuming that you are talking about parked domains and addons?

Woops. Parked and addons is correct. I even deleted the 0 in "Modify Account" and it still was 0.

This is quite annoying! :(

I know it works for others, don't need proof of that. When I type in unlimited, it just goes to 0 allowed. Grrrr.

Are you doing this as you, or as root? If you are doing this as you, then your account may not have permissions to create unlimited parked/addons
