    Hi !

    I have unlimited add on e-mail accounts ( I own the server) set and have main account with one more. Now I wanted to create some more accounts but error appeared:

    +++++++++++++++++++++

    Account Created
    The e-mail account bbbb@domain.com with the login
    Sorry, you have exceeded the maximum allowed email accounts. and password xxxxx with a quota of 10 megs was successfully created.

    +++++++++++++++++++++

    How to fix this ?

    I did fixquota and also checked for
    edquota -u username and it shows me the hard and soft limit to 0.

    How to fix this Any comments on this ?

    Thank You,
    :confused:

    An Update to this :
    Server is on WHM 6.4.2 / Cpanel 6.4.2-S48 / RedHat 7.3

    when i check for
    root@server [/home/adminr]# quota <user>
    Disk quotas for user user (uid xxxx8): none

    I checcked this for other users and they show me the correct quota:

    root@server [/home/admin]# quota newuser
    Disk quotas for user newuser (uid xxxx0):
    Filesystem blocks quota limit grace files quota limit grace
    /dev/hda7 1244 307200 307200 120 0 0
    /dev/hda3 8 307200 307200 2 0 0
    /dev/hda2 0 307200 307200 1 0 0
    /dev/hdb5 4 307200 307200 1 0 0
    /dev/hdb6 0 307200 307200 1 0 0
    /dev/hdb7 8 307200 307200 3 0 0
    /dev/hdb10 1272 307200 307200 130 0 0

    Where is the quota file for the individual user ?
    I think that is corrupted, i once again ran fixquota but again it fails!

    Any Help!

    Its Me Again..:)

    No luck till now!

    Upgraded to WHM 7.4.0 S12
    When i ran fixquota it said something like this:

    edquota: Bad format:
    /dev/hda7 544 1.024e+19 1.024e+19 59 0 0

    edquota: Can't read quotas from file.

    I have changed every option
    Quota Modification => unlimited
    Editted Package ==> unlimites
    Modify account ==> Max Email Accounts ==> 0

    Nothing helped!!!!

    Any comments !

    Hi,

    We had this problem with a reseller, seems that "unlimited" is no longer supported. Replacing it with 99999999 seemed to work, and will never be reached by a customer anyway.

    "" equals "unlimited"

    Instead of typing in "unlimited" just null out the field and put nothing in. When you modify the package it will say:

    Changing max pop accounts from 999 to unlimited
