Unlimited type limits for resellers

Hello all,

I am wondering if anyone knows the answer to this ...

I want to limit a reseller with disk and bandwidth. Say for example, 1 gig disk 10 gig tansfer. Anyways, let's say he wants that as a limit, meaning, he wants to over sell his space. If I give him &Allow Creation of Packages with Unlimited Diskspace (new).&. Will this defeat my badnwidth limits? Also, if it does not defeat my overall limit, will all of his sites be turned off when the quota is reached?

My other question really is this. Does &Allow Package Edits (new)& Allow a reseller to edit other's packages?

&Allow Package Edits& will only allow that reseller to edit his own packages.
