I've experienced an error when removing an account in my staging server. Now when I try to restore account from backup or from production server i'm getting this error.

Failed to create the account: The system could not create the user “xxx” because it conflicts with an unmanaged MySQL database user.

I followed instructions I've found in this link: blog.triantech.com/cpanel-account-restore-issue-a-mysql-user-with-the-name-already-exists/

User seems to be removed, but I still have the same issue. Any suggestion how to solve it?

    Hello :)

Check to see if any additional entries for the username are found within the /var/cpanel/databases directory. EX:

    Code:
    grep user /var/cpanel/databases/*
    Thank you.

Ok, I've got a list in which this user doesn't appear. But I can see this user in user table in "mysql" database using root phpmyadmin. Any suggestion?

Could you elaborate on your last response? Were you able to find entries for this username in the files within the /var/cpanel/databases directory?

    Thank you.
