I have a reseller account that has a parked domain on it and the owner of the parked domain wants to be free from the reseller account and have their own cpanel access. If I just click the "unpark" link will that do it? If not, what steps do I take to get this to it's own account?

Thanks to anyone that can help

Yep that should remove it. If you're readding it to the same server, who knows, you might run into a problem, might not. Shouldn't be too tough to sort out though. Make sure you've got all recent updates to your cPanel first just to be safe. ;)
