unqualified sender rejected

    Hello,

    im not sure what's wrong that,

    when i set a mailbox on mtu,such as outlook,

    but the mails can not be sent out and stay on my pc,


    i check the /var/log/exim_rejectlog

    it shows unqualified sender rejected: <mysmtp.com> H=1.1.1.1 (my-pc-name)


    may you please help me check why it is ?

    and can i reset or reinstall my exim to let it backup to normal cpanel setting ?

    Hello,

    You can browse to "WHM >> Exim Configuration Manager" and view the "ACL Options" tab to see if the sender is matching one of the enabled options that restrict SMTP connections.

    Yes, this is possible through the "Reset" feature in "WHM >> Exim Configuration Manager":
