HI All,
We have a very weird problem trying to move our accounts a new server. New server is working perfectly fine. Old server seems to be working fine but we cant transfer the accounts to the new server. When pinging the old server from the new we're getting destination host unreachable, but accounts are working and can connect via Putty. If you restart the network on the old server it works fine for a few minutes maybe 20 at most then destination host unreachable again. These are VM's on the same subnet. A ping from Ubuntu off that networks fine? Any ideas?

server2
123.123.123.124
sub 255.255.255.248
gate 123.123.123.1

Thanks in advance!

Hey there! It sounds like there is an issue either on the network or with the firewall between the two machines, as SSH needs to work between them in order for the Transfer Tool to work properly.

I would try turning off the firewalls on both machines and if that doesn't work, contact the host to have them check the network settings.
