I have a webhosted site that the serice provider uses Cpanel. I can not get them to solve my issue, so I figure I would try to describe for the users here...

Here's what I get (only when sending multiple emails)

What should I have by web hosting provider check? From the obvious to the less than obvious? I saw a few other posts on this topic, but am looking for a list of options to suggest...

    Thanks in advance -

it's probably something to do with dns... the server that is sending that mail can't seem to lookup the mailservers, and resolve them, for aol.com.

check that /etc/resolv.conf is correct and those nameservers respond to requests from this server.

Make sure that your /etc/hosts is correct.

    aol blocking access

Note that AOL requires certain requirements for them to receive mails. First and important thing is that the ip from which the mail is coming should be having reverse dns.

If the server is not having this , you may need to contact your support or the DC to set one.

you can verify whether aol is accepting mails by sending mail to the id
