I have a reseller who has a site that went over the allotted bandwidth. He has upgraded the site's plan and when he tries to unsuspend the account all goes well except for the 509 Suspended error still exists when he visits the website. I've also tried doing this from the root account of WHM and directly from the command-line in /scripts with no success.

Everything appears in working order except for something (.htaccess?) not clearing itself when an account is declared unsuspended. When I visit the list, that site remains listed as suspended. I'm running the latest stable build of cPanel (7) using the X skin.

Any ideas? I've sifted through previous reports of this problem with no luck. Thanks.

I'm not positive, but as I recall, bandwidth suspensions arent actual suspended accounts. To unsuspend you need to either select unsuspend all bandwidth exceeders or run the quota check script.

    SAME PROBLEM HERE !!!

Damn... My resellers can't wait to me to do "Unsuspend All Bandwidth Exeders" ....

There is ANY WAY a reseller can unsuspend their sites ?

    The suspend/unsuspend link DOES NOTHING.

your host when suspending the account has ticked the option "disallow resellers from unsuspending" this is not a bug. Talk to your host.
