I am getting this message from my server lately, and when I go to WHM > CPU/Memory/MySQL Usage, it says that user "nobody" is using 122.96% CPU. The top process for this user is "usr"

When I go to the commandline and type the command "ps -aexu", it shows the following 2 processes (among many other small ones) which look rather high -
    Code:
USER PID %CPU %MEM VSZ RSS TTY STAT START TIME COMMAND
    nobody 24683 65.0 0.5 7324 2868 ? R Mar21 666:50 usr
    nobody 1149 49.5 0.5 7332 2892 ? R 01:22 338:37 /usr/bin/sys
There is almost nothing else happening on the server.

Does anyone know what these processes could be, or how I could identify them? I am not aware of any process "usr" (I know there is a directory with that name)

    Thanks,
    Matt
