Up to date file list for mirroring

Hello, as I want to do make a mirror between two WHM servers, I searched for a list of files to keep in sync, the only one I found is this one but it is quite outdated.
So I think it would be good to keep an up to date list, maybe a sticky post, to help other users like me.

I'm a new WHM user so I will need help to make it good, but for the moment, here the list as Miraenda posted.

Feel free to comment, update this list.

It's not likely a list will be provided by cPanel because there is no native support for mirroring at this time. Feel free to vote and add your input to the following feature request:

I understand, and don't expect something from cPanel. It is more about sharing experiences between cPanel users, to help the community. By the way I can't wait for this feature to be implemented natively by cPanel, even tho I would really appreciate it.
