upcp crashing one server, same time, once a week or so

It doesent happen all the time, but it always happens at the exact same time

23:45 and the server stops responding and needs to be forcefully reset

so in the crontab, whats the only thing that runs at 23:45

this particular server is a xeon 2.8, on my other 4 p3 boxes, they have never ever crashed once. has anyone else experienced this? What happens if i disable upcp for a while?
