upcp donn't work

Hi:
When i tried to update my sistem witch upcp, it allways do nothing ( not upgrade anithing ).
if i launch strace /scripts/upcp i see:

and it wait about 10 hours........ but donn't do anithing..

any idea ?

how can i update the upcp script ? or reinstall ONLY de update system ?
