upcp error - thread.error: can't start new thread

    Hello,

    I've been getting this error in upcp for 5 days now:

    thread.error: can't start new thread

    Versions:
    WHM 11.23.2 cPanel 11.23.6-R27698
    CENTOS Enterprise 5.2 x86_64 on standard - WHM X v3.1.0

    This appears in the log twice before upcp exits:
