my /etc/resolv.conf is fine, same as yesterday and the day before. the error is new.

details are as follows, i get 404 errors when i try to update CPanel, thru shell, thru WHM.
Add on modules gives me a timeout. the news gives me a time out.

additionally, spamd fails constantly. my email is really unreliable.

i read a lot of posts on the forum. lots of recommendations to use search. that brings up lots of similar issues, with the helpful answer, do a search.

anyway, if anyone actually has a solution, or a link to a solution, i'd appreciate it. i'd also like to point out that the cpanelupdate cron has stopped functioning, so theres another little bonus. failing features.
