Running /scripts/upcp as root gives me this:

    root@****** [~]# /scripts/upcp
Found hostname to be ******.***.net, which resolves to 66.98.***.***
Hostname Virtual Host is already setup

It hangs for a long time (more than 24 hours, probably forever) without using any noticable resources

If I press ctrl+C, then it continues as normal:

PHP version file is up to date
    SpamAssassin disabled in Service Manager
    Ftp Quota Check v1.0
    Doing a manual update...
Cpanel updates are coming from layer2.cpanel.net
    etc...

It's not a HUGE deal because I can do it manually and send the ctrl+c interrupt - but it runs every night and hangs, so I will have to kill the processes manually or take it out of my cron.

I rebooted the server with reboot, and it works now.

I had a similar problem once... clear out your /tmp folder, and ensure apache is up to date.
