UPCP in a loop

    Hi,

    I run /scripts/upcp on my server because that the cpanel and WHM are both down and pop3 server is also down.
    I also removed cpanel before this but it enteres to a loop that is not finishing.This is the message:

    Fetching http://httpupdate.cpanel.net/cpanelsync/STABLE-FREEBSD/cpanel/.cpanelsync.lock....100%......Done
    Waiting for access to the update server......
    Fetching http://httpupdate.cpanel.net/cpanelsync/STABLE-FREEBSD/cpanel/.cpanelsync.lock....100%......Done
    Waiting for access to the update server......
    Fetching http://httpupdate.cpanel.net/cpanelsync/STABLE-FREEBSD/cpanel/.cpanelsync.lock....100%......Done

    And it is endless!!
    Please guide my server is down!!!

    Try Release or current version...Looks like Stable is locked.

    How should I do that?
    What's the command?

    I have tried

    /scripts/upcp RELEASE

    But again STABLE come up!

    Edit /etc/cpupdate.conf
    Or change it from WHM ("Change Update Preferences")
