    Hi,

I am trying to update cpanel by running /scripts/upcp, but it is hanging after few updates.

Hostname Virtual Host is already setup
PHP version file is up to date
    Ftp Quota Check v1.6
    Doing a manual update...
Cpanel updates are coming from layer2.cpanel.net
    ..............

Is there any issue? I checked the firewall and everything seems to be fine.

You should check the update logs in /var/cpanel/updatelogs/ to see what it is stalling on, or use strace on the active process to see what it is doing.

Did you check all the logs, it splits into 2 or 3 threads each with their own log file within that directory.

As I said, the alternative is to run strace on the active process under upcp.
