    $ /scripts/upcp

    this problem:

    cPanel Update (upcp) is already running. Please wait for the previous upcp to complete, or kill off all upcp processes and try again. You may wish to use '--force' at /scripts/upcp line 48.

    you need to do what is says and kill off the upcp thats all ready running or let it finish if it is hung

    do a
    ps aux |grep upcp

    and kill the pid(S) with the kill command

    and I would do a --forced update
