Hi,
Of course with subdomains we can update the document root via cPanel > Domains > Subdomains > Pencil Edit (For each domain), however you can't do this for Alias domains.
We have an alias domain, for example: website.io and the document root is setup to a custom location of /public_html/websiteio/ however we want to change that to /public_html/newsiteio/
We can't easily delete the domain because we have a few hundred subdomains all with custom document roots, we would have to delete every single subdomain before being able to temporarily remove the alias domain only to have to re-add everything.
I'm trying to find the configuration file where I can update the document root or an option to delete just the alias domain temporarily.
Any ideas?
