I recently ran a manual upgrade of WHM/cPanel to 11.24.4 on one of our servers. When the upgrade process was almost complete the server locked up, and had to be restarted.

However, the server now seems to be working fine, and WHM really was updated (new GUI, options and version number in WHM). But my concern is that some needed postinstall step was missed. Is this likely? What should I do?

I think the last message from /scripts/upcp was "Running security checks" or something like that.

The last lines in "/var/cpanel/updatelogs/update.1232102156.postinstall.log" are:

    removed `/home/madskap/.cpanel-datastore/apache_GETDOMAINIP_madskap.com'
    removed `/home/madskap/.cpanel-datastore/_sbin_ifconfig_-a'
    removed `/home/madskap/.cpanel-datastore/apache_LISTSUBDOMAINS_0'
    re

(And there it seems, the process was interrupted.)

    you could run
    /scripts/upcp --force

.. if you want to be sure.
