in whm update config is like that

    cPanel/WHM Updates
    Automatic (RELEASE tree)

    cPanel Package Updates
    Automatic

    Security Package Updates
    Automatic

every night it updates itself and every morning after the update when i look at the server
the clamd failed and a mail

IMPORTANT: Do not ignore this email.
The hostname (root.*******.net) resolves to **********. It should resolve
to ********. Please be sure to correct /etc/hosts as well as the 'A' entry
in zone file for the domain.

Some are all of these problems can be caused by
/etc/resolv.conf being setup incorrectly. Please check this file if you
    believe everything else is correct.

    You may be able to
automaticly correct this problem by using the ' Add an A entry for your
hostname ' under ' Dns Functions ' in your Web Host Manager

when i restart checksrvd it looks normal /etc/init.d/chkservd restart
so what you think is it a bug or different something which causes that things after every update

    Edit /etc/resolv.conf

Add the main server IP as the first entry. You can have two more IP's . Please have a try if this is not the current case. It may help
