Update system perl in cPanel 11.36

Hi friends,

Has anyone tried updating/upgrading the system perl in cPanel 11.36 server? If my understanding is correct, the cpanel 11.36 is no longer using system per(except during installation of cpanel).

Prepare Your Perl Scripts for 11.36 | cPanel, Inc.

However, I still see perl* in yum exclude list at /etc/yum.conf.
Any ideas?

Adding to this thread, the cPanel 11.36 is using the perl at /usr/local/cpanel/3rdparty/bin/perl

which is from a different package than system perl
