    root@host1 [~]# /scripts/updatenow
Updating /scripts...rsync: getaddrinfo: 873: Temporary failure in name resolution
rsync error: error in socket IO (code 10) at clientserver.c(83)

Anyone know why? I was setting up the hostname in WHM after a fresh install and it just locked up. I rebooted via ssh. Samething after.

    Go on, have a guess
That's not a problem with updatenow, that looks like a local DNS resolution issue. Either that, or cPanel's server was unavailable, but I'd go with the former.
