On shared ip accounts clients are not able to update/enter their email contact (I replicated this problem with all cpanel themes)

Is there anyone that has this problem too ?

Nope.. no problems here. I believe all that does is update .contactemail in your /home/user directory..

Hehe.. yah.. it would be nice to have cpanel users helping each other out.. since from what I have heard.. cpanel support service is nearly non-existant (no offense) nowadays.. although I might be wrong on that. ;)
