    Hi Everyone,

I'm fairly new to the whole addon/cPanel game, so sorry for my ignorance. First question is, do we use "Addon Scripts (Deprecated)"?

    Moving on...

Is there a way to get current packages for the addons to show up? Currently I don't have any of the addons checked for users to be able to use. That being said, it'd be nice to have them installed and what not. For instance, WordPress 2.3.1 or phpBB3, etc. Right now, cPanel doesn't have these versions.

Just wondering if there is a way, or if anyone can point me in the right direction.

    Thanks so much,

    Nick

Since it is marked as deprecated, it should not be used. cPAddons should be used instead. cPAddons are located in the cPanel interface as "Site Software."

These cPAddons will likely be updated soon, but I do not have an ETA.

You can upgrade the scripts manually if you desire until the cPAddons are updated.
