Updating Cpanel/whm

    Does anyone get this when they do an update?

    and the status bar remains at 20% the whole time...
    also, how long does it usually take you to do an update?

    its done that for me a few times but its done when you see below usally about ten minutes depending on how many updates need to be done

    I'd have a look at your update client configuration. If you are still using up2date on redhat 9, i don't think it works with fedoralegacy, and i don't think the update client is looking in the right places for your updates. Take a visit to http://www.fedoralegacy.org and follow the instructions on setting up yum or apt ( if you haven't already ) and check your mirrors are alright. Also get rid of up2date and run /scripts/checkyum or /scripts/checkapt before running the update client or upcp.
